This May and June, I will be in Geneva and Haiti, interacting with health professionals and colleagues in the media. This bit of good luck came through the Media21 Global Journalism Network Fellowship sponsored by Info Sud agence de presse and the Hopitaux Universitaire de Genève (HUG) to attend the  workshop on "Access to Health". The subject is dear to me, but the challenge is to communicate the  issues in a way that grips the lay person..... The  workshop stretches over two weeks, including field trips . It coincides  with the second global Geneva Health Forum (25 May – 28 May), organized by the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG). Hope to meet  leading medical practitioners, researchers, policy makers, private sector and health reporters at the Forum. And the most exciting bit is ofcourse the trip to  Haiti in the first half ofJune ..
